Remzora Chat ("we", "us") is operated by Remzora Digital Services, India. This policy explains how we handle information on remzorachat.com.
1. Information we collect: account details you give us (name, business name, email, phone), WhatsApp Business account details you connect, contacts and messages you upload or send through the platform, payment records, and basic usage logs (IP address, browser, pages used).
2. How we use it: to provide and support the service, send messages on your behalf through the official WhatsApp Cloud API, process payments, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data.
3. Your customers' data: you control the contacts and messages you store. We process them only to deliver your campaigns, chats and bots. You are responsible for having your contacts' consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
4. Sharing: with Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) to deliver messages, payment providers, hosting providers, and authorities when the law requires.
5. Security and retention: we use access controls and encryption in transit. We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of a verified deletion request, unless the law needs us to keep it.
6. Your rights: you can access, correct or delete your data by writing to supportremzora@gmail.com.
7. Changes: we may update this policy and will post the new version here.
